UCDA DesRosiers Dealer Survey – July 2026 Results
The UCDA, in partnership with DesRosiers Automotive Consultants Inc., surveyed dealers to get a current picture of Ontario’s used vehicle market and the issues affecting dealers in 2026.
The July survey looks at sales volumes and expectations, vehicle sourcing and inventory challenges, where dealers are acquiring used vehicles, consumer financing, changes in used vehicle prices, and the impact of U.S. trade tariffs and Canadian counter-tariffs on the flow of vehicles between Canada and the United States.
The results provide a useful snapshot of current market conditions from both franchised new car dealers and independent used car dealers.
