Vehicle Appraisal Form
The UCDA Used Vehicle Appraisal and Consumer Disclosure form was developed to cover all MVDA disclosure requirements:
- Accurate odometer readings
- Out of province and U.S. vehicle disclosure
- Accident damage over $3,000
- Paint and bodywork repair
- ABS and Airbag operational
- Major repairs to drivetrain
- Customer signs their own disclosure
- Daily rentals, taxis, limos and police vehicles
- OMVIC compliant
Additionally, the appraisal form prompts a re-appraisal at delivery, identifies repairs and the trade-in value.
