The Association is accessible to all our members and our phones
are always answered by HUMANS, not machines. Through our HELP lines,
all members may call toll-free to the Association.
No question from a member is unimportant or trivial. If you aren't

The chances are that another member will ask us the same or a
similar question tomorrow, next week or next month. When he calls,
we'll certainly have the answer because we'll have already researched
it for you.
We try to keep on top off all matters affecting our members and
will likely have answers for you. If we don't have an answer for you
right away, we'll use our resources to get the answers.
